I mean we can argue all we want over this sort of stuff but all that really matters is how the school boards react. The schools can either let the students use their phones during their personal passing periods, or just keep all cell phone usage out of school. We as citizens, should a little say in what happens, but that will not be the case when it comes to the bigger picture. This is an argument that might not ever end!
